Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

After processing, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey right to your door.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. Blüme Oil is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at thedmitchellsalon@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Blüme Oil is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
